Equine Assisted Activities

Payment 

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• 100% of the fee is due 30 days prior of your event. 

Refunds

• A full refund will be returned if you cancel your activity 30 days prior.
• A partial refund of 50% will be returned if you cancel your activity 2 weeks before your scheduled date.
• There will be no refund for partial group participation. 
• There will be no refund if you no-show or cancel within the 2 weeks before your activity. 
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session, you will be offered a full refund or the ability to reschedule. 

Safety

• You must sign and return the Liability Waiver before participating in any activity.
• We require closed toe shoes and suggest dressing for the weather including fly season. We do not accept the use of bug spray as it can be problematic for the herd. 
• Smoking is not allowed on the property.
• If at any time we have concerns about your ability to safely participate in any activity we will immediately terminate your session and you will not be eligible for a refund.
